Ackley Capital is developing a family of financially strong businesses with significant longevity and value.  All Ackley Capital transactions will be structured with this in mind and will create low leverage balance sheets, strong cash flow and Staying Power for each business in which we invest.

Transaction structure will be designed according to the conservative valuation and capital requirements of the acquisition/funding transaction as they relate to the purchase price of the transaction.  Transaction elements are relatively unlimited, will always include cash and may include seller note, senior/junior debt, mezzanine financings, earn-outs, stock appreciation rights (with put & call provisions).
